Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the Madeline had its ups and downs. While the staff was attentive and the common areas were beautiful, our room was disappointingly small with limited natural light. Additionally, the hotel layout was confusing, making navigation tricky. Overall, there are probably better options in Telluride for what we paid.
The Madeline is a beautiful resort with a fantastic location right in the heart of Mountain Village, making it easy to access the slopes and local dining. The rooms are comfortable, and I appreciated the clean design and cozy atmosphere. However, the service fell short of my expectations, particularly regarding housekeeping and restaurant offerings. While the ski valet service was excellent, the overall experience didn't quite align with the luxury standard I anticipated given the price point.
My stay had a mix of highlights and drawbacks. While I loved the beautiful decor and the exceptional service from so many friendly staff members, there were some major issues with the management and overall facility maintenance that really impacted my experience. The rooms were nice, but I had trouble with the air conditioning being extremely loud at night. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and hesitant about returning.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The views were absolutely stunning and the service was impeccable, making our vacation truly special. The rooms were cozy and offered great amenities, though we could have used a bit more space. The dining options were a minor downside, but overall, it was a great experience that we would definitely repeat.
I had a wonderful stay in Mountain Village, with great management, a clean room, and plenty of amenities. The gondola to Telluride was super convenient and made exploring easy. However, the television setup was a bit confusing, the food choices leaned towards the pricey side, and parking felt a bit steep. Overall, it's a solid 4-star experience.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff made me feel special from the moment I arrived, and the amenities were fantastic. However, I did have a frustrating experience with room service, which could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, with every need anticipated!
Our stay at the Madeline Hotel started off wonderfully, with a lovely room and great amenities, but it was marred by disruptive bass music that affected our evenings. The property is conveniently located near the gondola, making access to skiing and dining easy. However, the inconsistent service and issues with room maintenance were disappointing given the hotel's pricing.
My family and I had a fantastic stay at Madeline, which has become one of our favorite hotels. The spacious, well-equipped Residence allowed us to cook and enjoy time together comfortably. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. However, the noise from snow equipment outside our room and the high fees took away from the overall experience a bit.
