Our stay at the Madeline had its ups and downs. While the staff was attentive and the common areas were beautiful, our room was disappointingly small with limited natural light. Additionally, the hotel layout was confusing, making navigation tricky. Overall, there are probably better options in Telluride for what we paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and had only one small window that made it feel cramped, lacking in natural light.
Service

The service was attentive, but we experienced a delay in room cleaning, and though they apologized and offered a dessert, it didn't quite make up for it.

The Madeline is a beautiful resort with a fantastic location right in the heart of Mountain Village, making it easy to access the slopes and local dining. The rooms are comfortable, and I appreciated the clean design and cozy atmosphere. However, the service fell short of my expectations, particularly regarding housekeeping and restaurant offerings. While the ski valet service was excellent, the overall experience didn't quite align with the luxury standard I anticipated given the price point.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wonderful bed with lovely pillows, blackout drapes, and ample storage space. The shower and bathroom amenities were great, but I did have an issue with the loud A/C turning on throughout the night.

While the front desk staff were friendly and responsive, the overall service was inconsistent. I faced some significant delays with housekeeping and room service during my stay, which was quite frustrating.
Location

The location is absolutely perfect; it's situated right in the main plaza with easy access to the gondola and numerous restaurants. You really can't beat the convenience here, especially for skiing and exploring Mountain Village.
Dining

Dining was probably the weakest aspect of my stay. I experienced cold food during my meals, and the menu items were often underwhelming compared to what I expected.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities themselves were beautiful and well-maintained, but the space for the ski valet felt cramped and a bit disorganized given the size of the resort.

While I loved the beautiful decor and the exceptional service from so many friendly staff members, there were some major issues with the management and overall facility maintenance that really impacted my experience. The rooms were nice, but I had trouble with the air conditioning being extremely loud at night. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and hesitant about returning.

I had a wonderful stay in Mountain Village, with great management, a clean room, and plenty of amenities. The gondola to Telluride was super convenient and made exploring easy. However, the television setup was a bit confusing, the food choices leaned towards the pricey side, and parking felt a bit steep. Overall, it's a solid 4-star experience.

Our stay at the Madeline Hotel started off wonderfully, with a lovely room and great amenities, but it was marred by disruptive bass music that affected our evenings. The property is conveniently located near the gondola, making access to skiing and dining easy. However, the inconsistent service and issues with room maintenance were disappointing given the hotel's pricing.

Rooms
7.0
Our room had a nice view of the village courtyard and ski mountain, but there seemed to be some maintenance issues and our room had a view into a stair tower, which was not ideal compared to other offerings.
Service

Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous, but the service felt a bit underwhelming at times, especially when addressing our concerns about the noise.
Location

Facilities

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Madeline, which has become one of our favorite hotels. The spacious, well-equipped Residence allowed us to cook and enjoy time together comfortably. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. However, the noise from snow equipment outside our room and the high fees took away from the overall experience a bit.
